三居室樓房，裏面每個房間都是一個客房，衞生間公用且又臭又臟，沒有熱水，洗手池年久失修特別臟。房裡裝修設施特別破，就平常30塊小旅館配置，小風扇。二～百～多，根本算不上酒店。在小區裏單元樓裏，還有常住住户，第一次進去沒有門禁卡，得門口等別的住户開門。特別難找，房主脾氣臭死！
