衞生條件不好，房間裏一股腐爛木頭的味道。服務態度略差。房型也不好，很不舒服，信號特差，如果沒有窗户就完全沒有手機信號，流量電話用不了。旅店自己的WIFI也很差，信號特慢。地理位置不好。找起來很難到。如果不是因為考試訂不到別的地方我一天都不想待。同等價位下可以訂到更好的旅店。我大學在四年住過十幾家店，這家最差。建議定別家的房子。

這個酒店因為是在靠近蘭州黃河中山橋附近，有自己的停車位，所以，屬於鬧市中的一個小確幸。就是私人的小旅館。老闆人很熱情。能在鬧市區內找到有停車位又不貴的酒店，也是一種幸福。
