大冬天的，晚上零下十幾度，沒有暖氣，凍死個人，睡覺不敢脱衣服，系統上顯示兩點退房，老闆要求十二點退房，協商後一點退房，但被老闆各種嫌棄，打電話時還罵我，説我佔用他的房間，態度非常惡劣，明明兩點退房，我讓步一點退房，老闆還罵罵咧咧的，就這麼做生意的。真的噁心

為了趕火車訂的，距離蘭州西站步行25分鐘左右，還算乾淨，晚上洗澡水壓不太好，有點冷，房間裏面也不是太熱，沒有電褥子，隨便將就一晚也行吧。

叔叔人很好很細心周到，青旅的大家也都很守規矩不吵鬧，這是一次很温馨暖心的住宿，讓蘭州的冬天好像也變得更為温暖❤️，下次有機會還會再來！
