優點：在住期間樓下可以免費停車，賓館位置離張掖路商業街、中山橋較近步行可以到達。
缺點：房間沒熱水！房間沒熱水！房間沒熱水！無法沖澡。衞生間很狹窄，馬桶到牆距離很近，坐那膝蓋差一點碰到牆。再一個是窗户密封性差，晚上睡覺漏風有些冷。
