服務太棒了！從進門的那一刻起，就感受到了滿滿的温暖和熱情。因為提前沒有預兆，入住那天晚上突然生理期，但我又沒有姨媽巾，情急之下給前台打了電話，前台小姐姐五分鐘都不到就把東西給到我，戴眼鏡小姐姐還非常暖心的給我帶了紅糖和蜂蜜，説話也非常温柔，讓我特別感動，非常感謝！❤️其次誇誇衞生，贊贊贊👍房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，視野很好，很温暖，住得超舒服！下次一定還會再來！

房間乾淨，設施也挺新的，就是房間不暖和，蘭州也是北方城市，應該是有供暖的，空調打開了也不暖和，這一點有待提高
