Apartamentos LIVVO Oasis

We had a lovely stay at these apartments for 10 nights. We stayed in the standard room due to having children, and having no air conditioning was a struggle at times, particularly during the night. We knew the apartments came with no air conditioning, but this is something we certainly would need for our next holiday. Although, I would recommend these apartments if you aren't bothered about air conditioning. The staff are lovely and work so hard. The pool bar is cheap and the food is lovely with a huge selection of imported drinks. The location is good, it's around a seven-minute walk to the main ***** and a five-minute walk to Spar. I'm not sure the apartments are particularly family-friendly as there are small stones throughout the site (around the pool and outside apartments). The pool area was quite quiet during our visit, which sometimes made us, as a family, feel like a nuisance because of the noise from the children. However, if people are that concerned about kids being loud, they should consider booking an adults-only accommodation. Everyone in the main was very friendly, but we sensed an expectation for a more adult-only atmosphere. This isn't something that would stop me from staying here again, but it's worth knowing if you are coming with children. The apartments are accurately described and are best suited for older couples seeking a quiet, relaxing stay.

Just returned from our second visit to the Oasis in Puerto del Carmen and again our holiday was amazing, The apartments are immaculately clean and we had the fantastic Lydia who looked after us and cleaned our apartment, I requested a couple of extra pillows off her and no bother when we returned from the pool they were on our beds, the beds are really comfortable and the Air conditioning makes all the difference in the room. We visited this time in September and the swimming pool was pretty full but still plenty of beds available for you to relax and enjoy the fantastic weather. there is an onsite Bar / Cafe were Charlie or Ali will serve small breakfast or hot snacks tea/Coffee and Beers all day long (very reasonable prices) £2.10 for a pint of ice cold Tropical larger. (Sept 2024) The apartments are close the ***** maybe 8 minuets walk also there is a Spar supermarket at the end of the road or a small convenience shop on the first corner. The complex is really good if you are considering taking kids as the whole complex is surrounded by a wall and is secure with 2 spring loaded gates so small children cant wander and gives you great peace of mind. Can I point out that we met other guests there who told us that they have visited the Oasis time and time again over the years and we can now say we are also in this category as we have booked the oasis again for next year . All in all this is a lovely friendly complex people are great and I believe you wont be disappointed with the Complex, apartment, staff and management at the Oasis. Me and my family stayed in this nice place. Apartments very clean, quiet and very near of everything. Staff very friendly, specially the two girls of the reception, who helped us a lot with their recommendations and booking our activities and excursions. All the staff work very hard for the guests. It was our first time there, and obviously we will come back. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.
