We walked in and the **** smell would get you high. All around dirty.. ROACHES.. Grabbed what few things we carried in and left.. Will never stay at any extended stay again.. Went to a Holiday Inn..

I myself is an employee of Extended Stay America,and this by far is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed.Upon checking into my room,I was giving keys to a room that was already occupied ,not just once,but twice,and that’s not the half of it.This Hotel needs to be shut down immediately! Not only is it extremely filthy,the mattress was covered in old blood without a bed bug protector,the sheets were also stained with blood and other unknown spots.The air filter in the bathroom has not been cleaned since the hotel was built in 1998.The refrigerator was filthy,rusted out and mold growing on top of it.The walls were very dirty,as if the room hadn’t been cleaned in years’ not days.There were cigarette burns all over the bathroom sink,the toilet had burns and it was visibly dirty.Whoever is the regional manager,district manager,and the general manager,should be fired immediately! This is totally unacceptable! Someone needs to be held accountable immediately!

Stayed for a while the hotel is really quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed the area it’s located and good parking. the only thing is people don’t like picking up after their dogs so thats why i deducted a star. Staff is sweet and helpful. Natasha is great and very hospitable. Enjoyed my stay in general.

Great experience the staff is very helpful and responsive! Had a major problem in the kitchen sink and once notified it was addressed immediately! I've been hre for a few months and have developed a warm and friendly relationship with the staff from the housekeepers all the way to the manager. The same great courteous attitude is reflected all the way through! It's why I extended my stay, because they make me very comfortable!

The room has roaches and has an odor of pee. The furniture smells musty. There were food crumbs in the drawers. You would think with the roach problem they would make sure the crumbs were removed. If you can deal with smells and bugs it’s a good deal. If not pay more and stay far away.

The sheet on the bed had stains on it. When the front desk clerk came up to verify, she said she would give me some new sheets. For me to change. Then she offer another room. That room looked worse. And least there wasnt a problem with getting a refund, except i have to wait til its credited back to my CC.

The room was clean, front desk clerk was very nice BUT after an hour stay we hear water dripping. Go to the bathroom and it is flooded, leaking from the roof/vent, there was water all over the place, on our things that we had put in the bathroom :-( Go to the front to give complaint and get moved to another room and all she was able to do was give me a bag of towels to put on the floor because there was no room available and no management on site. Not a good experience, not fun going to the bathroom with water coming down on you!!!!!

I should’ve listened to the reviews. This place is a complete MESS! The police arrived because people were fighting outside. When I checked in my room, none of the locks worked & the bathroom door was wide open but I didn’t think too much of it. When I tried to close it, I realized the handle wasn’t even on the door. There was blood all over the bathroom floor, used towels in the sink and I’m pretty sure the bed had bed bugs. The next morning, I made coffee and seen that the CoffeMate creamer was expired and there was a big mess. I’m getting a refund. This place was disgusting.
