酒店位置很好就在景區裏面，出門就可以直接開始爬山。房間門無法緊閉導致漏風，空調跟暖風機功率不夠制熱效果一般，熱水時冷時熱。

雲冰山度假酒店的入住體驗非常棒！酒店坐落在風景如畫的雲冰山腳下，環境清幽，空氣清新，彷彿置身仙境。房間設計簡約大氣，服務人員熱情友好，細緻周到，酒店設施齊全，房間配有烘乾機、取暖器，連浴室也是帶有浴霸供暖。真的很貼心。無論是放鬆身心還是欣賞自然美景，這裏都是絕佳選擇，強烈推薦！

景區山腳下的酒店，都是獨幢別墅房間，環境優美，山間很冷，房間有空調，曖爐，床上有電熱毯。除了沖涼房很冷，其他都還好。

房間總體來説比較整潔，空間較大，基本的配套設施基本都配齊了。房間有地暖，床鋪有電熱功能，浴室熱水充足，但是暖氣就不足了，洗澡超級冷。酒店的環境還可以吧，周邊都是竹林，房間裏面還有小露台。酒店贈送的早餐品種不多，就是很基礎的，簡單吃飽就好，餐廳的阿姨都挺好的。從酒店上去雲冰山要開車，10分鐘左右到。

酒店就在雲冰山入口。但是要走上雲冰山坐擺渡車還要1公里左右，建議大家還是開車上去吧。酒店裡麪的設施都很好，電熱毯加熱器什麼都有的。小木房子裝修的都還不錯。
