不會再去第二次了！頭天晚上開房，人員不核對清楚，訂的大床開一個雙床房，有本事説我們不説清楚人！第二早才10點左右就催讓家人早點退房！！！到12點直接就來敲門讓退房！！！什麼玩意兒，平台明明是規定14點前退房，結果整個過程都極其不爽！
