I had a wonderful stay at Lanou Hotel in Qingdao. The room was spotless, stylishly furnished, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location is convenient, and the environment is quiet and peaceful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Every detail, from the amenities to the room design, felt thoughtful and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

A special thank you to Xiao Feng (小冯) at the front desk! She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. Her warm smile and willingness to help made my stay feel even more personal and pleasant. Xiao Feng went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — she truly represents the best of hospitality.

This was by far the most satisfying hotel stay I've had during my trip. Firstly, the room was spotlessly clean, and the overall service was excellent. In particular, Xiao Zhu's exceptional service made us feel completely at home. Even though we hadn't booked breakfast, he noticed we had young children and thoughtfully sent some up to our room – a truly heartwarming gesture. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

This stay was a truly wonderful experience. From the details to the service, everything was impeccable! The elegant lobby, with its high ceilings and exquisite decor, instantly exudes a sense of luxury. The front desk staff was friendly and professional, checking me in with a smile and thoughtfully explaining the hotel's special features, which made me feel warm and attentive.
The guest room was even more of a delight! It was spacious and bright, with a simple and stylish decor. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and it felt like sinking into a cloud, offering a restful night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were high-end, with a well-designed dry and wet area, fast and consistent hot water, and high-quality toiletries. The intelligent control system made operation simple and convenient. Drawing the curtains instantly quieted the room, and the soundproofing was excellent.
The overall stay was a fantastic experience 👍🏻

The location of the hotel is near the highway and is also a very cost-effective hotel. It is suitable for choosing to repair it here by car. Own parking lot parking is worry-free, the service staff is professional and thoughtful to help with luggage, that day just in time for the rain, umbrella welcome, really remarkable! The room was spacious and tidy, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the experience was very satisfactory. I will choose this hotel again when I pass by here.

Facilities: The facilities are new, the configuration category is also very complete, and the intelligent control is very sensitive
Hygienic: The bedding is white and there are no traces and no folds, the bathroom facilities have no water marks and no dead ends, and the room is very clean as a whole.
Environment: The lobby environment is good, the hotel has free parking, and the two import and export are very convenient.
Service: The front desk service is very warm and intimate, and the rain will take the umbrella to the parking space to pick up the guests.
