前台及客房工作人員服務熱情，態度好。客房打掃的乾淨衞生。空調好，有暖氣。24小時熱水好。有電梯。有自己的停車場（免費）。吃飯方便（周圍有幾十家飯館，主要是河南燴麪）。購物方便。交通方便。去焦裕祿紀念館步400米。
