Lanjaron is a little tired compared to other towns and villages we visited on our trip.
Hotel was clean and tidy, new sealant around the bath required, suite brown (probably lovely in its day) but clean. Bed not great, we could feel the springs popping, not comfy and felt old. Decor plain and old fashioned.
The outside was well maintained and a good size pool but we didn’t use.
We paid for breakfast which was ok.
Value for money, compared to other hotels on our trip, not great.

I was not staying at the hotel but paying to use the facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful but unfortunately we paid to stay for lunch and this is when it went all downhill. We had a very nice lunch but two of my group had a starter of mixed tomatoes, onions, oranges and small bits of fish. Within two hours my friend was being violently sick and I followed shortly after. 16 hours of vomiting and holiday ruined. Would not recommend to eat there but facilities and staff were great.

La ubicación del hotel está muy bien, cerca de todo . Tenía aparcamiento privado para clientes . El hotel , super deteriorado y muy antiguo por dentro. Por fuera la verdad que da pena, necesita un arreglo, un jardinero, la piscina estaba sucia, nada que ver con las fotos de las redes sociales . El personal, la verdad es un poco insípido . Le preguntamos al recepcionista por un restaurante que estaba al lado y no sabía dónde estaba 😒. El desayuno que lo contratamos, deja mucho que desear, no lo recomiendo pero para nada . La verdad fue muy decepcionante.

Bueno, iba con un bono y la verdad, era para dos noches y allí solo se permitía una noche más una comida, y lo aceptamos, cuando íbamos a ir, me llamó Juan, de recepción y me dijo que nos la cambiaba por una cena, no nos pareció bien y nos mantuvo el almuerzo ya que habíamos hecho planes, todo muy bien, las habitaciones muy bien para el hotel que es, los colchones maravillosos, normalmente me cuesta dormir pero ahí del tirón, el almuerzo , una pasada, la ensalada gigante y muy completa y el plato alpujarreño algo bestial y de categoría, y llegamos al desayuno, eso no tiene nombre, con una carta de primeros, segundos y postres, para no comer más en todo el día y todo muy bueno. Una grata experiencia, Juan muy simpático y te lo soluciona todo, todo muy limpio y todo perfecto, si vamos a volver a la zona nos quedaremos ahí seguramente.
