Trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderung meinerseits hat das Hotel diese Kaution noch nicht zurügezahlt.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Not only were they unhelpful, they claimed they could not help book us a taxi or even allow us to store our luggage while we wait for check in to open. Do yourself a favour and pay the extra money to book a better hotel.

I stayed at this hotel and paid a $50 deposit, which was never refunded. I checked out without any issues and provided all requested information multiple times. Despite several emails and refund options I proposed, I received no proper response from the manager, Mrs. Sultani. Keeping a guest’s money without reason is unacceptable. This kind of service is unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for customers. I would not stay here again — and I advise others to be cautious!!!

I stayed here for 3 nights since I was in town for the Metallica Pantera concert at Northwest Stadium in Landover which is about 3 miles away! Check in was fast and friendly! Room had a microwave and fridge which was handy! Bed was comfy! There is a McDonalds and Burger King and Red Lobster right beside the hotel! Liquor store is a quick cheap Uber or Lyft ride since beer is not sold at Maryland 7 Eleven stores. New Carrollton Amtrak Marc station is a quick Uber Lyft ride away if you are traveling. For $80 a night this is a great bargain and I appreciate that you have to scan your room key card to access the elevator! There is no free breakfast but again fast food restaurants are nearby and there is a Indian Pakistani restaurant onsite that seemed busy at night so their food must be good if your into that kind of food! I want to thank the staff for their friendly courteous service! Awesome!

In general, I would recommend this hotel to anybody who would like to stay in Lanham, Maryland while on travel or tours. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, accessible to the main road, and with nearby McDonalds and Burger King for your immediate meals. The room is complete with the necessary bedroom furniture, facilities, and equipment. The receptionist is also kind and welcoming.

My fiance and I were looking around at hotels for the night and talked to Ramesh and he was so kind, warm, and helpful and was very attentive to our needs. This means a lot to us since we’ve been on the road all day and are unfamiliar with the area. People like this make people’s day and it’s appreciated (: We make this trip bi yearly and this will be where we stop from now on!! Also the gym is clean and has good weights and the room was very clean as well. Very quiet and in a convenient location.
