Cet hôtel serait parfait s’il était insonorisé. D’une chambre à l’autre on entend tout, vraiment tout. Dommage. Autrement literie confortable, chambre et salle de bain spacieuses

Déçu.
Les photos du site sont plus attractives, l’état des chambres n’est pas en cohérence avec la réception et le service petit déjeuner.
Dans la chambre forte odeur d'humidité, moisissures besoin de rafraîchissement, le groom des chambres voisines claques.
Les balcons étant fumeurs l’odeur est présente idem pour l’espace fumeur situé à l’entrée de l’hôtel.
La température de la piscine est parfaite par contre vestiaire trop petit pour se changer et sauna en panne.

Eau chaude non disponible
J’ai eu la malheureusement surprise de ne pas avoir d’eau chaude dans ma chambre. Malgré le fait que cela était un besoin de pouvoir prendre une douche, l’hôtel ne m’a pas changé de chambre et encore moins proposé une solution. Je trouve cela très moyen d’autant plus que l’établissement n’était pas au complet. Et pour information, j’ai demandé à 3 autres clients que j’ai croisé s’ils avaient de l’eau chaude et ils m’ont tous répondu par l’affirmative.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel pour mon anniversaire....quelle déception malgré un effort fait... Dans un premier temps hôtel très vétuste (en cours de rénovation le sol a l'entrée ) A noter arrivée on nous dit que le sauna est en panne...et ne sera pas réparé sur le WE....pas de jacuzzi pourtant présent sur les photos...la piscine est très simple mais l'eau est a une bonne température Pas de restauration sur le WE... Ensuite nous étions situé au 2 eme étage et là CATASTROPHE le vendredi soir notre cher voisin a mis la musique a fond avec l'alcool qui allait avec...j'ai été cherché le vigile a 5h45...les bruits ont cessés a 7h22 avec l'arrivée de la police...mais trop tard le fameux voisin s'est endormi!! Résultat nous n'avons pas dormi et tout notre programme du samedi a été modifié....on nous a donné une autre chambre, une suite, c'était la moindre des choses mais très vieillotte...enfin bref je suis extrêmement déçue surtout que tout coûte cher maintenant et que lorsque nous partons en we c'est un bon budget et là avoir dépensé pour cela...on est très déçu C'est dommage car ça pourrait être bien... En revanche un bon point pour le petit déjeuner qui était très bien nous avons eu tout ce que nous voulions Malheureusement nous ne reviendrons pas et ne conseillons pas non plus cet établissement.... Un gros coup de rénovation est à prévoir

PISCINE
Un cours de d'aquagym avec un coach et 3 personnes le lundi matin. (exterieur à l'hôtel) Beaucoup de bruit avec la sono à fond. et des personnes incorrectes. J'ai réservé votre hôtel pour la piscine entre autre. La moindre des corrections serait de prévenir les clients de l'hôtel.
Très mauvaise expérience. Je vais le signaler sur les avis consommateurs
