Rooms were basic but clean, staff was friendly there is a Starbucks and liquor store right next door and a 7-11 across the street. No complaints, would stay here again

The room is large, with a strong sense of space, air conditioning, a sofa, a computer desk, and a lot of room for activities. The cleanliness is average. There are no slippers, and there is nothing to eat for breakfast. It can only be said to be normal.

The customer service is bad! We are traveling from the U.S. to Vancouver and booked this hotel for 2 nights. We didn’t bring the dog inside the room but they’re trying to charge $80 for my 2 dogs for two nights staying. I told them to check the camera; still, they didn’t check and gave us free to go without charging! Honestly, they’re trying to steal the money from us if we didn’t mention checking the security camera! Be careful when you travel with your dogs in this hotel! The room is not clean still has some dirty inside!

Two nights. Room was clean and service was good. This is is an older site so don't expect fancy new, however we had everything we needed and were comfortable. Breakfast was okay. All packaged products (cereal bars and muffins), would have been nice to have some fresh fruit, toast or bagel.

We enjoyed the stay here at Travelodge , the staff are accommodating , the room are cleaned, organized and relaxing .. I recommend this hotel ..

On the positive side the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. However, the deadbolt did not work, and the security latch was entirely broken off. I lived with it, but if I'd been here with family that would have been a deal breaker. The room came advertised with breakfast, which was technically true, but the breakfast was very meagre. OK, not everywhere serves a hot breakfast, but at least offer more than 2 selections of cereal.
