I booked 2 rooms for the water villa suit.
I request for lower level room due to old folk in families.
2nd floor room seems old & smaller, but need go through staircase to reached the room.
3rd floor room looks new, larger room and have nicer view, but it was dirty in the balcony.
The rooms is far from the lobby and all facilities, but they provided 24 hours buggy service. Staff giving a fast response when request any bell service.
Overall still good since we only stay for 1 night.
Staff is helpful and friendly.

My Overall stay with Alia was nice. The staff was super supportive and nice towards the customers.
The resort has sufficient space for car parking and lobby. The rooms are clean. The ground floors have a nice balcony access. The property is nearby airport.
The property is also nearby famous tourist attractions like: Langkawi Skycab, Sandy Skull Beach, Crocodile Adventureland etc.
Improvement Area: Providing clean and quality vanities like towels, toiletries etc., Room size is relatively small, The pool in the property is more for kids.
The property is nearby airport but a little far from Chenang Beach. Also, the property is far from good restaurants and cafe.

Very nice room and big complete with bathtub.. FYI we take the cheapest room ...
Amazing large pool with 1.2 m depth, applicable for most. Also got children pool as well. The environment is cozy, near the airport, beside the sea and very near to major attractions in langkawi, less than 10 km for chenang sea, gunung mat chinchang, underwater world. Staffs very helpful and friendly.
Will totally come again.

Although the resort is a little outdated in terms of furniture, no room service, Ala- carte breakfast (limited options), for this 3 star hotel, we had a very comfortable stay. The island is small and everything is close by. Pantai Cenang is about 20 minutes from the resort, but for a relaxing stay, we will definitely be coming back. Extremely friendly staff and clean rooms.

Very beautiful super clean and spacious private villa right across the beach where you can watch the most mesmerizing sunset ever ! There’s a nearby restaurant with western menue and drinks! They serve food in big portions and it tastes delicious with a very attentive service ! The hotel breakfast is also abundant and good ! Most if all the staff is very friendly ! The hotel is 6 minutes from the airport and if you rent a car or scooter it should be convenient to drive to nearby restaurants and beaches as the island is small ! Very quiet and calm ! Would come back here !

Good and quick services from the hotel reception. Very quick response and attentive. So far, apartment’s room and beds are spacious. If i am honest, i like the design and spacious room for apartment especially when come in with family and children’s but the bedsheets, mattress, blankets and pillow’s suggest to be change frequently for hygienic. Be ready to accept for the place and conditions because of building is utmost old. Location are close to international airport so no rush. Overall are good and recommended, and big thanks to Trip.com to make it conveniently easy for transactions 👍👍

Where are the 6 stars? We have booked a short-term rebooking and thus done everything right. Booked with a host and departed as friends. The very hearty host Didi and his lovely wife Goy have provided us with all information around the island, food excursions and great beaches as if we were his guests for years. Breakfast was top and always fresh made. The rooms were top clean and it was all available what you needed and if you needed something then it was no problem to get. The roller drive was also easy even if it was on the left side. About, We're extremely happy to come back!!!
