Firstly, I would like to commend your staff, particularly Mr. Wan from the Lancava team. His warm hospitality and excellent recommendations made a significant positive impact on our stay. His dedication and service truly stood out, and I am grateful for the wonderful dining suggestions he provided, which my family thoroughly enjoyed. On another positive note, the bed in our room was exceptionally comfortable, allowing us to enjoy a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the pool area and the overall ambience of the hotel were delightful, making it a pleasant environment to unwind. However, there were several aspects of our stay that were less than satisfactory. We encountered issues with housekeeping, as the initial room assigned had spoilt candy left behind and an unpleasant odor. Although we were moved to another room, it also had cleanliness issues, including used plastic on the bathtub edge and stained blankets and bedsheets. It seems further training in housekeeping would be beneficial to maintain your establishment’s standards. Moreover, the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, but unfortunately, the taste did not meet expectations, and the plates appeared stained, which detracted from the dining experience. I share these insights with the hope that they will be helpful in enhancing the experience for future guests.

I liked practically everything: location near the Chennai Beach, service, very nice and varied breakfast, fast WiFi even on the balcony. All the questions were decided by hotel staff very soon. Air condition in the room worked good. I don’t like 3 things: 1) no shower curtain - everything is constantly in water, no hot water in the tap, 2) there were no chairs and table on the balcony, and the presence of a rooftop does not solve this problem: after a hot day, you want to sit on the balcony, 3) dirty and very tired towels, the quantity of which does not correspond to the level of a 3* hotel. Kindly ask you please to consider the possibility of installing a plastic table and chairs on the balcony - everyone drags a bench from the room or an ironing board out onto the balcony. I also find the beds in the Deluxe rooms very short and uncomfortable. But I would recommend the hotel to my friends and I would come back there myself.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nadias Hotel and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience. The location is incredibly strategic, making it easy to access various attractions and transportation options. Whether you’re looking to explore the local sights or just need a convenient base for your travels, this hotel is perfectly situated. The cleanliness of the room was good. It was spotless upon my arrival, and the housekeeping staff maintained high standards throughout my stay. A clean and tidy environment always enhances the overall experience, and Nadias did not disappoint in this regard. Additionally, finding food around the hotel was a breeze. There are plenty of dining options nearby, ranging from casual eateries to more upscale restaurants. I loved being able to explore the local cuisine without having to travel far. Overall, I highly recommend Nadias for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I can’t wait to return!

Great proximity to the airport. Amazing infinity pool, newly renovated compared to the rest of the facility. Kids pool is tastefully done and not gaudy. Somehow they managed to make it aesthetic and to add to the overall vibe which is rare. Pelangi Grill is a pretty good restaurant. Breakfast was really good and dinner service was good as well. Service staff are very attentive. Kiki animal farm was a little underwhelming but the club was quite well stocked with toys. The facility, overall, is showing its age but I personally find the building choice as kampung style charming. The rooms are refurbished more recently but some aspects like grimy and small windows does let down the fact that the rooms should otherwise have a great view. Great resort, overall, and would come again.

#A Perfect Retreat at The Loft Langkawi# I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Loft Langkawi, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was effortlessly smooth and enjoyable. Accommodations: The rooms are beautifully designed, combining modern aesthetics with local charm. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night every time I returned from my adventures. Amenities: The Loft offers an impressive range of amenities. The pool area is stunning, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. I also enjoyed the cozy lounge spaces where I could unwind with a book or chat with fellow travelers. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful way to start my day, with a great variety of options to suit every palate. Staff: The staff at The Loft go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed and valued. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to provide recommendations for local attractions and dining spots. Their genuine hospitality truly made a difference during my stay. Location: Situated in a prime location, The Loft Langkawi is conveniently close to several popular attractions, beaches, and restaurants, yet it maintains a peaceful atmosphere. Great location. Good size room with comfortable bed. Great selection of items for breakfast. Ample parking. Excellent beach front property with music on Mondays. All in all very satisfying stay. Things that can be improved- Pool closing can be delayed till 10 PM. Swim up bar closing can be delayed till 8 PM. They need to provide hand towels in the bathroom.

I recently stayed at Mercure Hotel Langkawi for 3 days and 2 nights, and once again, it was a fantastic experience! This is my second time staying here, and it’s always my first choice whenever I visit Langkawi. The room amenities, environment, and overall condition of the hotel were superb. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay truly relaxing. One area of improvement would be the check-in process, as I had to wait until 4:30 PM for my room to be ready. However, the staff were very apologetic and handled the situation professionally. As a kind gesture, they offered me a room upgrade, which I truly appreciated. It definitely made up for the delay and even got me more excited about my stay. Well done, Mercure Hotel! Your service and hospitality continue to impress me. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying again in the future.

I recently booked a 4 night stay at this hotel. Upon arrival Syam greeted us from our Grab taxi and was so helpful and took our bags. The check in was easy enough with just the tourist tax to additionally pay. I had requested a Beach Wing room. Syam took us to our bedroom and explained about which water was okay to drink. The room was huge, lots of space and a balcony. Air con as well as a ceiling fan. The bathroom was very dated and we did have a few issues which we made do with but the bathroom could have done with some renovations. The shower flooded the whole bathroom due to the cracked and broken ledge separating it, (see photo) there was no shower door so no way of preventing the water leaving the shower. The towels were fluffy and a generous size. Breakfast had a good selection and they do cook fresh eggs or omelette. The staff everywhere were all extremely welcoming and friendly. The pool was great and easy to get a sun lounger as so quiet. The beach again was great, the sea perfect of you had children as very calm and shallow. Overall a lovely stay but would be nice to have an upgraded bathroom.

Overall Our stay was very pleasant, and the excellent service and friendly staff significantly contributed to the positive experience. Pros: 1. Excellent amenities: The rooftop pool offered stunning sea and sunset views. We especially loved the jacuzzi, which provided good privacy as it was separate from the main pool. The 24-hour gym, with its sea-facing view, was also a highlight. 2. Each room featured a bathtub, adequately sized for one person. 3. The hotel's location was convenient, near Cenang Beach. While not within walking distance, Grab rides were readily available and inexpensive (approximately RM5-6 per trip). Several massage spas were also within a 5-7 minute walk.” 4. The hotel staff, including those at the front desk, porters, and restaurant staff, were consistently helpful and friendly. 5. The hotel is new, and requests for replenished toiletries were handled promptly. Cons: 1. The food at the rooftop pool bar was disappointing and overpriced. While the cocktails and beer were satisfactory, the food quality was subpar. We ordered calamari, which was shockingly small (see attached pictures - fewer than 10 pieces, with the first two large pieces being onion rings with no squid). This small plate cost RM28, which felt excessive. We would have preferred to spend that amount on another cocktail. 2. The breakfast experience was underwhelming. Although the restaurant's ambiance was pleasant, the food itself was not tasty. The main course was served as a set meal (one serving per person), and the beverage and salad bar options were limited. Over our 4D3N stay, the menu remained unchanged. 3. Daily room service consisted only of replenishing toiletries, towels, and water bottles, and making the bed. In four days, the floor was not vacuumed once. There was noticeable hair on the floor, which was never cleaned up. Even at home, we typically sweep our floors aevery other day. 4. Sea view rooms on the 6th floor have their view largely obstructed by trees.

It was a great experience to stay in a hotel - territory is wide and very green, not crowded a lot - you always could find a place to hide from sun or near a pools (salted pool is better for chill). First beach line for that price on Langkawi - is ideal. A lot of good facilities around. We have a pair of issue with a services (one of them - on my mistake), but a crew sort them off quickly and with hospitality. Also, there are a common activities / craft lessons - we took a part, and it was great!
