When I 1st check in to my room, wow the room smell so fresh. Along the walk way to my room also no smoking smell. The room cleanliness exceeded my expectation. I also go a bonus view of the Hata tower outside my room near the lift lobby.

The hotel is not new, but clean enough. The location does not match the mark on the map on Trip.com, it is further from the port. We booked with breakfast, but when we came to the restaurant, the only food was what was left from dinner. Perhaps because it was Ramadan, perhaps we came early, before opening. But the staff did everything possible so that we did not leave hungry, made an omelet, boiled sausages, warmed up buns. I recommend for a short stop, but not for a beach holiday.

Dirty carpet for the whole room. Everything in the room is disgusting. However, there is a refrigerator, kettle, hot water and toilet, weak air conditioner, barely blowing. The bathroom is also brrr, you can't go in without flip-flops!

We enjoyed our 4days and 3 nights stay at HIG Hotel. Although this hotel is quite old but the facilities were okay. Requested for a room with a seaview, and granted by the customer service. Will definitely come again to this hotel.
