兩年前來Rebak，加錢升級房間，當時服務員會來把沙發鋪好沙發床，第二天還會給沙發床換床單。這次來我訂同樣的房型，但是訂的時候是寫了兩人入住和兩人早餐，結果入住的時候前台印度小哥收我女兒110馬幣每晚的加床費（女兒11歲），兒子收55馬幣得早餐費。但是這個前台衹收錢，然後就啥都不管了，收了加床費也沒有來加床，到晚上十點都不聞不問，我打電話去前台要去加枕頭和被子，前台電話掛了等了半小時以上依然沒有反應，我先生很生氣又打電話去前台問為什麼還沒有送來被子和枕頭，前台回答是因為我們門上掛了“請勿打擾”所以送杯子的服務員離開了。我們馬上檢查門根本沒有掛牌子，牌子還在房間裏面，然後我先生再次打電話給前台説名情況，然後讓前台查我們是付了一個加床費的，要加枕頭和被子是合理的，然後前台在電話裏説查了確實加了床費，然後才馬上送來了一條被子和兩個枕頭。我們在馬來西亞入住過萬豪、香格里拉，雙威度假酒店等等五星酒店第一次遇到11歲孩子要加收床費的，而且衹管要錢毫無服務可言。

房間很大但設施比較老，床品一般，尤其是床單，睡一晚就露了一半床墊出來，感覺不衞生。大道上環境是真好，活動也很豐富，餐廳的價格也不貴，有小超市，可以呆兩天不出島完全沒問題。

Отель сам по себе хороший, но уборка в номере оставляет желать лучшего, иногда они даже не убирают, а просто отмечают и меняют воду(заметили что как лежали волосы так и остались), жить лучше на 2 этаже (на первом очень сильно все слышно, что происходит сверху ). Нас изначально поселили на первом этаже, мы потерпели 2 дня и пошли просить что бы нас переселили, у нас узнали сколько осталось и переселили. Сами номера просторные и симпатичные. Завтраки не сильно разнообразные, но голодные не будете, если вы захотите прийти с открытия завтрака, то нужно ходить и просить, что бы сделали омлет или положили бекон) персонал медленный, но это свойство всей Азии). Расписание лодок не удобное((( Меню на ужин небольшое, на третий день уже надоело и катался на Лангкави на ужин

We stayed at the hotel for 2 pre-New Year nights.
The hotel is located on a private island, and probably 10 years ago it was an excellent and posh hotel, but now it requires cosmetic repairs.

The hotel grounds are impeccable, the pool is clean and does not smell of chlorine. There is a restaurant with an a la carte menu and a buffet for breakfast or dinner. The beach has clean sand and a convenient entrance. Low tides occur everywhere and here they reach -2 meters, so look at the calendar of low tides and high tides for your trips. When the water is calm, the sea is quite transparent. There are many trees on the beach in the shade of which there are hotel sun loungers. Lots of activities, health trails, ATV buggies. We saw birds and a monitor lizard.
With a price for a family room of 11 thousand rubles, it's worth it.
P.s. there is a shop on the island, it is located in the port-marina upon arrival in a large building in which the transfer waiting room is. The prices there are quite urban.

We came to this hotel to celebrate my husband's anniversary! Our expectations were met! Everything was very decent! They upgraded our room category, congratulated my husband with a birthday cake, which was very nice! Thanks to the staff for the warm welcome!
