Cool hotel, water park nearby, 40 Rentgit entrance for residents, nice pool, great breakfasts, we didn't need the sea because we were going by ferry! We liked everything

The check-in experience is very bad. The room is small, the facilities are too old, the bed sheets are not clean, the room windows cannot be opened for ventilation, the door lock is broken and the door cannot be locked at all. The management is not good. Other guests make noise in the corridor all day, affecting others' rest, and no one cares. Except for the beautiful sea view, it is not worth recommending.

Although it is an old hotel, it is well maintained and not only the rooms but also the common areas were clean. The hotel has two accommodation buildings, one on the ocean side and one on the reservoir side, and I stayed in the ocean side building. I read on other hotel booking sites that the amenities did not include toothbrushes and the rooms smelled bad, but there were two toothbrushes and there was no smell in the hotel. Depending on the season and weather, the smell of the reservoir drifts around, so if you are concerned about that, I recommend staying in the ocean side building. Other amenities included soap, shower gel, conditioning shampoo, razor, shower cap, instant coffee, tea (BOH TEA Cameronian), sugar, powdered milk, and bottled water, which were replenished in the room every day without fail. There are only bath towels in the room, so it will be even more comfortable if you bring your own face towel and hand towel. The internet environment was comfortable, and the wifi was comfortable not only in the room but also in the hotel facilities, common areas, and the pool. Please note that the bar next to the pool does not accept room charges and only accepts cash. I recommend visiting, as you can enjoy a beer while watching a beautiful sunset. The hotel staff were all kind and friendly, which left a good impression. There are many restaurants nearby serving delicious food, and it is a great location for exploring the city. The cost was great and I made many good memories, so I would like to stay for a longer period next time. Finally, the cost of transportation from the airport to the hotel was RM35 by taxi and just under RM17 by Grab.
