Very spacious room.
There are USB sockets.
There is a real bathtub - which is rare in Asia.
The hotel itself has seen a bit of life.

The room is big enough and convenient. It's relatively quiet because it's not in the city. There's a swimming pool on the top floor, which is nice. The hygiene is just so-so. We found dust all over the countertops and hair on the sheets on the day we checked in. We stayed for 3 nights and they only took out the trash and made the beds for us. Other hygiene was not taken care of. The hardware facilities were also so-so. The shower curtain in the bathroom was seriously black, and the faucet in the wash basin was shaking. The breakfast was just so-so with not much to eat.

The hotel is located in Kuah, the capital of Langkawi, excellent service, daily cleaning of rooms, a rooftop pool overlooking the port, the water was muddy, and there were no umbrellas near the sun loungers, which made it impossible to stay by the pool for a long time. There is a night market near the hotel. For the money, an excellent option, but the hotel is not new. Overall, it is good as an option for an overnight stay if you are by car or bike and can freely move around the island.

The price of stay is very good considering the location in Kuah for convenience, not crowded and has central access to most of the places we are visiting. However, it seems to us the service was poor and slow. The bath towels provided to us are old and had stains on it, moreover it smells musty. No toiletries were available on the first day so we called and requested for towels, toiletries, and some drinking water. They only came after 1 hour+. The swimming pool was cloudy and has stains (white powder or spec, not sure) so it looks like it is not well maintained. On our last night of stay the airconditioner was loud and stopped producing cold air for about 2 hours. Lastly as this is an old building without upgraded facility, the hot shower water supplied is from boilers from the roof and you will need to wait a few minutes before the warm water is ready to be used (they mentioned this on the counter). This is not very eco friendly as we will need to waste about 3 minutes of water before using it. Apart from service and outdated amenities, everything else was good.
