Great hotel, simple yet comfortable. Free upgrade to seaview room, great view toward the marina bay. Clean room and toilet. Located at the end of Kuah Town, nearby to Langkawi Ferry port.

bedsheets, pillow cases with stains and oily smell. toilets bowls are very dirty with all the old stains. dusty also. Breakfast very limited. only good thing is the location near for the sunset cruise. we traveled with 3 young kids. when arrived the hotel already 8pm. we self carried the 3 lunggage all the way up to the stains in the dark. the hotel staff did not offer help at all.

We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to the seaport, because the next day we needed to get to Koh Lipe. All the main attractions of Kuah are within walking distance. Our room had no window, but it did not bother us. The bed linen was clean, pillows and beds for a comfortable sleep. But the only negative was that there was no hot water. A good small swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas overlooking the Marina, they give out beach towels. There is a bar near the pool. The hotel staff is friendly and smiling. Breakfasts with a sea view, both European and Asian cuisine, did not leave hungry.

I recently stayed at the Ramada Langkawi and had a mixed experience. While the hotel boasts breathtaking views that are truly the highlight of the stay, there were some drawbacks that impacted my overall impression.
First, the breakfast buffet left much to be desired. The selection was quite limited and felt very basic, which was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. I expected a more varied menu to start the day on a positive note.
Additionally, the room with two single beds was not particularly comfortable, especially for larger individuals. The beds felt more like super singles rather than adequate doubles, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.
