No no and no again ‼️Please read the review of this hotel before booking‼️
We stayed at the hotel with a friend from March 13 to March 22, 2025. There is THEFT in the hotel, which no one cares about‼️
One evening, when we returned to our room, we found the room turned upside down. All things and bags were open and scattered. The thief got in while we were away and stole a Samsung phone, 2 power bangs and some dollars. There is NO SAFE in the room‼️
The worst thing about this story is not the theft, but how the hotel behaved. They refused to call the police, pretended that nothing had happened, closed the reception and left :) We did not see either the general manager or the owner.
I called the police myself, fortunately I know English. Even they were shocked by the behavior of the hotel. None of the staff helped us, the reception girls didn't care what happened.
Our room had a broken lock, which was very easy to open, the cameras weren't working at the time of the theft for some reason :)
The damage due to the hotel's fault was estimated at about $1,000.
The next day, they changed our room with a fight🤨
I've visited more than 30 countries, this is the first time I've seen such an attitude towards tourists.
I asked the hotel for a refund of the full amount of my stay, they refused, citing the fact that the hotel is not responsible for anything :) The hotel manager gave me a formal reply, a complete lie about the situation.
Langkawi is beautiful 😍
The hotel itself is located on the coast, this is a huge plus, because of which we chose it. The location is excellent, the cleaning is good.

The main advantage of this hotel is the location and the view from the Sea View rooms. We stayed for 4 days in a room with a sea view on the 4th floor. A wonderful view of the sunsets! Everything you need is nearby - cafes, restaurants, shops, excursion booking. The room itself was in satisfactory condition, the bed and bed linen were good. The furniture was simple and not new, the air conditioner and refrigerator worked well. In the hallway opposite our door there was an ironing board and iron. Very convenient. The price is low, everything you need is there. Cleaning on request, they cleaned well. We would gladly stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is on the first line, great location. The rooms are old, but it's ok to spend the night. There are ironing boards and irons in the hallway. Wi-Fi only worked on the 1st floor. No breakfast.

I would like to stay at this hotel again. There are no amenities (toothbrushes, etc.) in the room, so you need to bring your own, but there is a mini mart and a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel.
