環境很好，獨立的沙灘，服務員服務也很好，很熱情。唯一不滿意的是辦入住的時候辦了一個多小時，開始還把費用搞錯了，所收了好幾百集令，還以為是税，最後溝通下來還是多收了40MYR（兩倍的消費税），他們直接在攜程出的含40MYR消費税的價格基礎上又加了40MYR，不願意再花時間溝通了，就直接付了。建議大家辦入住一定要看清費用！

酒店的早餐還是很不錯的，西式種類很多，口味選擇多樣。有些因為設備設施的問題，經溝通也是解決了，但是還是需要經常維護吧，服務取勝是王道。

We were given a free upgrade to a suite with a large balcony. Upon arrival, we heard a strange knock on the balcony door. It turned out to be three hornbills visiting. One was so brave that it knocked on the balcony glass door with its beak. This was the perfect welcome for us. The Rainforest Ocean View Room offers a great experience. The hotel's restaurant and bar are very stylish and perfect for watching the sunset. Some of the room facilities are a bit dated, but the overall service is good. The breakfast is not very Chinese-friendly and tends to be a bit Middle Eastern.
