Our stay at The St. Regis Langkawi was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the personalized service made us feel truly special. The butler service was impeccable, assisting with our check-in and ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. We were delighted to receive a suite upgrade, which made our experience even more luxurious.
Breakfast was a highlight, with an excellent à la carte selection and attentive service. The hotel itself offers a serene and peaceful environment, ideal for a relaxing getaway. While the beach does experience low tide with shallow waters at times, it didn’t affect our enjoyment of the resort at all.
Overall, The St. Regis Langkawi exceeded our expectations with its exceptional service, beautiful setting, and luxurious touches. Highly recommended for a tranquil and indulgent retreat! I will be back again!

The facilities are a bit old, but the software is OK. After all, it is worthy of this brand. The low tide may be seasonal. The service was pretty good.

Service: The housekeeper was very nice and gave gifts to the children. The 6 drinks a day were served on time. Just tell the lady what you want to drink. Environment: I think the environment of St. Regis is good in Langkawi. Although the beach is average, it is enough for leisure and relaxation.

The room facilities are generally good; the service attitude is excellent; the hotel is a bit small, so I went to the Westin once a day to play.
