Convenient location, not far from the main street, at the same time aside, quiet and cozy. The rooms are in good condition, the territory is small but cozy, good breakfast on the menu. I also really liked the pool.

The hotel is good, the staff is great) They offer 3 main types of breakfast, but it’s no problem, you can add or remove something. The pool is small and clean. We stayed in room 124 for one night, since the room was small, we decided to change it with an extra charge to another category. We were checked into room 118, the room is good, with a jacuzzi, 3 sleeping places, everything is ok, BUT the air conditioner was so noisy that it was very difficult to sleep 🤦. We asked to do something about it, they told us ok, but in the end nothing was changed. We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and overall the impressions are good (except for the air conditioner 😂). The location of the hotel is very convenient, you can walk to the center in about 15 minutes. The beach is 5 minutes away, there are shops, cafes, spas, laundries nearby. In principle, the island is small and everything is nearby. Have a great holiday everyone. I recommend the hotel ❤️

I do not recommend Although I have been here for the fifth time. For a year, since my last stay, it seems that everything here is falling apart. The HOTEL is still not bad, if you have a busy program of excursions, and you need two or three days as a hotel to jump on. Breakfast is becoming more meager each time, towels are grayer (it seemed that brown, blue towels were easier, but they needed the former white), pillows are like soles. This stay coincided with the Ramadan holiday, and they refused to repair my air conditioner, because the employee of the repair service was on vacation (this is a hotel, I remind you) and they also could not change the room because it was fully occupied. Only after trip.com intervened, a specialist was found within an hour. No apologies or any other qua were heard. The situation was smoothed over again by the Trip employees, respect to them for their immediate reactions. A day minus from what I needed here. It seems that image work is not being done at all. There was a special request, the only one - a room without connecting doors, but no one reads them, we checked in there. I didn't try to be mean, but in vain. The audibility is outrageous, the bed creaks, the neighbor's trip to the toilet, conversations from beginning to end. Breakfast really can't be like that, she made me wash all the coffee mugs, the towels are terrible, the mattresses on the sun loungers by the pool just need to be thrown out. Considering that I monitored the cost of hotels, as I was looking for where to move, Rivas Lavania is 2500 more expensive on the stated date, they can't even be compared. The hotel belongs to a hotel chain, the lady posing as the owner has lost her goodwill and competence over the past year, abandoned the girl at the reception and ran away at a critical moment. The girl tried something, somehow tried, I felt sorry for her. It's a pity, a great pity, I'm crossing it out. Oh yeah, when I asked to stay two hours longer before check-out, they refused and offered to pay 20 ringgit every hour, hotel policy. I had to strain myself again to remind them that I had not declared a refund for the ruined day of stay without air conditioning (as the agent suggested) and I think that as a token of apology the hotel will somehow withstand two hours overtime. Think before you plan this hotel. If you are staying from old memories like us, then it is not the same. If there is no other way out, you are on a ferry from Thailand, or a group of young people, then think about it too.

I didn't like the hotel. You will live like in a hostel, there is no soundproofing, the pool is small, the bathroom is large and clean. Breakfasts are ok. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the center.
