Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was a bit dark and had mosquitos when we arrived, but what can be expected in SE Asia. A la carte breakfast was simple but good, and they were always willing to provide a bit more if requested. Pool was nice, location was a 15 minute walk to the busy part of the beach- but a motorbike took care of walking in the heat.

Cenang Beach is a 10-minute walk, the beach is large, but there is a lot of garbage. The hotel has a swimming pool, small but nice and clean.

We found a path leading to the beach, so we only walked for more than ten minutes. The price is medium in Cenang. The breakfast is delicious, but you have to go early. If you go late, the juice will not be strong. Compared with other homestays where students live, this hotel has fewer bugs and is very clean. Everyone here is very friendly. Recommended~

First of all, the picture of the room does not match the reality. The actual room is like a hotel in China that costs 50-100 yuan per night. The most unbearable thing is that it is very noisy at night, and the bar next to it sings until the early morning. We couldn't stand it and asked the front desk. The front desk said they knew it was noisy but they couldn't help it. It's okay to sing in the early morning. The hotel is next to the road. At night, the sound of cars, especially motorcycles, can be heard clearly. The sound insulation effect is very poor. Moreover, the facilities in the room are old and broken. I stayed for two nights in a row, but I couldn’t bear it anymore. I almost couldn’t sleep because of the noise. At 11 o’clock in the evening, I asked the customer service to solve the problem of a few geckos in the room. It was really noisy all night. I went directly to Ctrip customer service to help us negotiate check-out and temporarily book a hotel again. Fortunately, Ctrip customer service is still very good, and successfully helped us refund the room fee for the next day
