Very poor hotel. I do not recommend it, I regret booking it. The hotel requires a general renovation. The room is dark, the walls are beaten, there are no amenities.
The long, narrow and dark corridor leading to the rooms is terribly overwhelming, the walls are beaten and it looks a bit like a prison.
Generally, the soundproofing of the room from the corridor side is a joke, you can hear everything including someone taking a shower.
Breakfasts purchased when booking are served in a cafe opposite the hotel and generally these breakfasts are also a joke, a waste of money. It is better to go to another place for breakfast on your own.
On the positive side, very nice and helpful service and a great location, right in the center and by the beach.

I am staying at this hotel for the second time - ideal location, comfortable room, cleaning and replenishment of drinking water every day. There are slippers, hair dryer, shampoos/gels, tea, coffee. On the second floor there is a bar and duty free shop.

Everything is perfect about this hotel. Cleanliness and location are superb. Cenang Mall is just opposite. Duty free shops, restaurants and beach just walking distance. There is a balcony where you can relax and view the beautiful beach.
The downside is the parking lot is behind the Cenang Mall which is not in the hotel vicinity. Parking is free and shared with the mall and may be limited during peak season. This hotel also does not provide pool but it is fine as you just can walk to the beach beside the hotel. If you booked the studio type room, you need to take the stair to 1 floor upper as there is no elevator to the top floor. This might be a hussle if you bring many luggages with you.
Other than the above issues, this hotel is absolutely worth the money and will be my preferred hotel in Cenang.
