Being close to the beach is the best advantage, but the parking lot is also a problem. It is open-air. Although there are parking spaces, it feels a bit unsafe.

The location is perfect! It is within the Chenang Walk area with a lot of restaurants and stalls! Very convenient and very near the beach. Beach isn’t the cleanest but decent.
The room is spacious but quite clean. Unfortunately, we placed the “make up room” card outside room in the morning before we left, and when we came back the card was placed back inside the room with the room remained unmade. We have a toddler with us and there were food crumbs and next thing, there are so many ants.
I won’t return for sure.

"I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. On the positive side, the receptionist and staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made check-in and other interactions pleasant. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The towels smelled unpleasant, and the bathroom had a bad odor, making it hard to feel comfortable. Additionally, there was far too much noise both during the day and at night, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, these issues overshadowed the good service."

good service.. rooms & toilets are ok and clean... but if you get a room at the front.. at night if there is a show at the beginning of the day on the plain... Hopefully the hotel will find an alternative to cover the hole under the door.. like the rubber on DIY..
