This hotel is perfect for those who want to explore Tunjung Rhu Beach and Gunung Raya Mountain. It is a good and short drive to these places. I recommend hanging out here for a couple of nights or more. The price is cheaper than in Cenang. There is a great view of the mountain with jungle. Birds sing. And cats come to visit. Bring some drinks with you from Cenang or Kuah. And bring some for the cats too.

I took a lot of taxis in Langkawi for four days. Many Malay drivers didn't speak English very well and rarely spoke. On the morning of the fourth day, I took a taxi from the hotel to Kuah Town to exchange Malaysian ringgit and visit the Eagle Square at the pier.
