All the staff were extremely polite and courteous. We were greeted warmly every time we left the hotel and entered the hotel. The decor of the downstairs lobby/library and dining area was very contemporary and pleasing to look at. The breakfast spread was vast, and there were many options to choose from, whether it was traditional food or western.

The hotel is newly opened, with good hygiene and new facilities. The lobby and backyard swimming pool are very well designed. Free soft drinks are given upon check-in, and there are many free snacks in the room. In addition, the front desk is very friendly and greets you with a smile every time you pass by. The room was very very small and had a sour smell. Everyone in the group thought there was a smell, but the hotel said there was none. The room we were given was different from the pictures online. It was a wonderful stay. I liked everything about the hotel, from the friendly staff to the facilities (especially the garden and pool), to the location. I was expecting a smaller room because it was basic, but it was a great size. The only drawback is that I would have liked a wardrobe or a bench to put things on. I regret not having breakfast included and not being able to enjoy more days. If I ever return to Langkawi, I will stay here again and recommend it.
