The room design style is creamy and ins style. The environment is very good, with everything you need. However, the room we stayed in did not have a hair dryer, so we called customer service to get one. I think the breakfast is okay, 4 stars.

The sound penetrated the balcony door (single-layer glass) and I could feel the vibration even when I was lying on the bed. At the same time, maybe because the floor was made of wooden boards, when I pulled up a chair upstairs or next door, I could clearly hear the sound of children running.
The next day, I reported the problem to the front desk that it seriously affected my sleep. At first, I was told that the room on the other side, off the road, had a sea view and would require an extra fee (but I didn’t see a sea view room among the room types). I was also told that there was no room for a sea view room and I had to add one. The money was exchanged for a suite. Finally, at my insistence, I negotiated a so-called "ocean view room" on the other side that does not face the bar. It was quieter at night.
I paid five star prices

It was a very comfortable stay!
The room was clean and very spacious with a lovely interior.
The balcony was also spacious and the view was amazing!
The bathroom also had its own water purification system, so you could relax in the bathtub.
There were delicious seafood restaurants nearby and a laundry (they folded it properly), and just a short walk away was a famous sea cucumber soap store, so the location was great♪ Pantai Cenang was also within walking distance with a great view, so this is a hotel I would definitely recommend ^ ^
