It is indeed a treasure family hotel. We booked two 2-meter bed rooms. It was written that we should check in at 14:00, but one room was already cleaned up at 12:00. We checked in one room in advance and got a free upgrade. The environment is super good. The waiters at the front desk customer service center are very friendly. We originally planned to go to the Red Mansion Theater, but the hotel was not enough for two days and one night. The breakfast is very rich. There are food stalls, stir-fried dishes, and hot pot for lunch and dinner. Except for the hot pot, we went to the food stalls twice and the stir-fried dishes (Yuanshan Family Banquet), which are all great! The hotel environment is super good and super photogenic! The rooms are dark, and have a dodging feel to them. In the dining area, where breakfast is served, you will find that the descriptions of the dishes on display, are solely in Chinese. No English whatsoever, yet, ”they” want to ”run” an Internationl / English brand. This branch, is in my opinion not worthy to represent an international brand. Perhaps, retraining or change of management, would be an option. Until then, this establishment will never see us again, nor will we recommend them.
