So close, yet so far. I went to Hebei on the weekend. I went to Shijiazhuang where Sun Yingsha was. I also had to visit Langfang.
The hotel is in a great location, and it is very convenient to get to the Red House. These two days were extremely strong winds that only occur once in a decade, and the soundproofing of the room was very good. The breakfast was also very rich, with both Chinese and Western food, and the service time was also very long. The hotel service staff will provide good service without disturbing the guests, and the imperceptible service is very good.

The front desk is very friendly, the breakfast is very rich, and the bathroom in the room is also very clean. My wife likes the shampoo and shower gel very much. At that time I came here late, but I didn't expect there to be a parking space. Parking is very convenient. Now this season, the air conditioner has started to cool down. The temperature is very suitable, and the sound insulation of the room is also very good. It was arranged for me to face the direction of the community, there is no noise, the room is very quiet, and I have a good rest at night; I will choose this Atour when I return, it is highly recommended.

DDativa matundaThe hotel was good , I have nothing to say but I can give them five star the place is clean , quite itās a five star everything was perfect, Chinese restaurant and supermarket are in the first floor very convenient KFC, MC DONALD PIZZA HUT are are around one minute away from the apartment. The hotel is nice the style of building is nice , interior design is the best . I like there worker /customer service is 100% åøé

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondWe booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at āHoliday Inn Langfangā, this time around.
Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service āa lack of serviceā, being the primary reason.
Nevertheless, we wanted to try the āSuitesā section this time, and also see if things have improved.
Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in.
This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests.
Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years.
Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good.
The āsuiteā has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable.
We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com).
We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week.
Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese.
This is still the case, WHY?
As it's an āInternational Brandā, hence we expect a level of English as well.
This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels.
With that said, we received excellent service from āAllenā, whom tried his best to meet our requirements.
(Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him).
There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.

Where do I start...
A four letter word starting with S and ending with T, comes to mind, when thinking about rating this hotel, in terms of service received.
Front of house (seven or more staff), including the duty manager, were āhanging aroundā the back of the counter, upon our arrival.
A toothbrush, and a comb, that's it, that's what you can expect to find during your stay.
Too much effort for them to even supply something as basic, as a shower cap.
It's mid March, and can you guess, what music is playing in the background?
Christmas music, clearly, there is no supervision and oversight from regional management, or just a lack of common sense.
The rooms are dark, and have a dodging feel to them.
In the dining area, where breakfast is served, you will find that the descriptions of the dishes on display, are solely in Chinese.
No English whatsoever, yet, ātheyā want to ārunā an Internationl / English brand.
This branch, is in my opinion not worthy to represent an international brand.
Perhaps, retraining or change of management, would be an option.
Until then, this establishment will never see us again, nor will we recommend them.

SSUNSHINE ONUSThe room facilities are very good, very satisfactory, and worth recommending. This is my first time staying at Arcadia Hotel, and the overall experience is very good. The hotel is in the development zone of Langfang, and the smooth driving is completely unexpected. It is very convenient for me to get off the highway, and it took more than 10 minutes to get there. Parking in the hotel is also free. The hotel is divided into Building A and Building B. This time I experienced Building A, which is not bad. The room is clean, the bedding is comfortable, the items are complete, there are large floor-to-ceiling windows, and the view is wide. There is plenty of sunshine during the day, bright and clean, the room is well ventilated, the lobby is large, the environment is elegant, the building is very distinctive, there are many items that can be used at ordinary times at the front desk, and there are longan and red dates to welcome the tea break. The service of the staff is good and warm and thoughtful. The breakfast food is also worthy of praise, with rich varieties and fresh ingredients. I also had a meal at Aka Kitchen, the price is very suitable, delicious and cost-effective, very satisfied and recommended. Thank you Manager Xiao Chen for his enthusiastic and thoughtful help and support, and for introducing Langfang culture and dietary characteristics, etc.

GGuest UserA very satisfying family trip. The hotel service is really VIP service. Seven and Manager Shao are very enthusiastic. They contacted us in advance to arrange parking spaces and upgrade the room before we arrived. We arrived early and were able to check in early. This is the first hotel that is so easy to talk to after visiting so many places. The hotel is very clean, the bedding is great, the breakfast is especially good, and the room has a direct lake view after the upgrade, which is beautiful. The manager saw that we brought children and specially introduced many free parent-child activities. He also helped us apply for a late check-out the next day. It is really a treasure hotel worth visiting many times.

XXiamishaonianI was in a hurry to have breakfast in the restaurant in the morning. I forgot my room number, but I had the room card. I told the waiter that I forgot my room number but I had the room card. Could you check it for me? The waiter insisted. A foreign guest in front of me could go to the restaurant to eat without telling the room number. I was discriminated against by the waiter in my own country.

GGuest UserFree tickets for 2 adults and 1 child at Fucheng Joy Hot Spring Huishui Park are pretty good. You can spend half a day at the hotel and a day at the hot spring.
Facilities: It is quite complete, with a gym and a swimming pool. The swimming pool is not big, the water is not cold, but it is not very clean. It is understandable that it is not warm if it is clean. The dressing room is quite large, with a super large locker. You can change clothes in the dressing room or in the room before going swimming.
Environment: The bedding is quite comfortable, the lights in the room are not bright, and the table lamp is OK. The room next to it is super large, with a separate cloakroom and desk partition. There is also a 180-degree super large floor-to-ceiling window.

GGuest UserThe room and women's lockers were clean, but there were many dirty towels left in the resting area next to the hot springs pools. Customer service at the front desk wasn't very good this time when we wanted to go to the hot springs. The man working the front desk took a long time finding someone to accompany us to the hot springs, and when a lady finally came to accompany us there, she took us back to our rooms, instead, even though we had clearly told the man at the front desk we wanted to go to the hot springs. The employees didn't communicate with each other clearly,nor did they use common sense. When I first asked the front desk employee to accompany us to the hot springs, he said no and waved us away, but I knew it was complicated to get there and he had to tell the hot springs we were hotel guests, like what happened when I had stayed there before. It's only possible to communicate using a translation app here, since no employee speaks a single word of English, even. The restaurant's electronic menu is only in Chinese, too, so we needed to use a translation app to read the menu, also. They didn't light up all the lights in the hot springs area tonight, so it was much darker than when I had come here before. Regarding our hotel room, the refrigerator didn't work, even though it was plugged in, and the mattresses were hard.
