War mal ein cooles Hotel, inzwischen setzt man leider auf Bustourismus und Day Spa Einkünfte. Als Individualreisende haben wir uns drittklassig gefühlt. Das durchwegs junge Personal ist bemüht aber unerfahren und schlecht ausgebildet. Obwohl 4* Hotel gibt es keinen Wasserkocher oder Kaffeemaschine am Zimmer, aber auch kein Zimmerservice. Ich trinke normalerweise morgens am Zimmer meinen Kaffee und ziehe mich dann an und geh später frühstücken. Ich musste mir den Kaffee selbst vom Buffet holen. das mit den Busreisegruppen komplett geflutet war. Bin dann kurzerhand im Bademantel vor den Frühstücksraum. Ein Angestellter kam endlich nach Minuten heraus. kein ‚Guten Morgen, oder ähnliches‘ nur ‚hier dürfen sie im Bademantel nicht sein‘. Lies mich nicht mal zu Wort kommen, dass ich ihn nur bitten wollte, mir einen Kaffee zu geben. Von Customer Service keine Spur.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen - vielleicht auch deshalb, weil es nicht allzu voll war . Pool, Service , Essen an der Bar , viele Handtücher in der Sauna , tolles Zimmer . Sehr sauber . Design und Wein- wir kommen wieder !! Besonders freundlich : Dame an der Lobby Bar+ Dame an der Wellness Bar

4-star hotel? Not when compared to the past stays I've enjoyed there! 1) Sunday breakfast was hopelessly overcrowded; 2) Our room had two overlooked - and potentially dangerous - elements: an uncovered electrical outlet and a small, loose, halogen light bulb for the bedside reading lamp on side edge of the bedside table (it could've fallen on the floor and stepped on with bare feet); 3) The air circulation unit sounded like a pump or valve was broken. The intermittent noise woke me at during the nights until I opened the window to shut it off. The reception brushed off the noise as "that's the air circulation unit", implying that it was normal. I received no response to an email from the hotel concerning these problems.

We have been guests at least 10 times in the last 20 years because it is really nice. But if I spend 600 euros for one night (3 adults, 2 rooms), then 5 euros for the parking space is a disgrace. It's not about money, it's about appreciation. And queuing at the coffee machine for breakfast belongs in a youth hostel, but not in the category of this hotel. When it comes to service, you have to be very lenient with the employees these days - like almost everywhere else - there are some serious shortcomings. We already have another hideaway in mind for the future.

Beautiful rooms, good food, good wines and a great spa area, what more could you want? The beautiful area is perfect for hiking. And a trip to Vienna is also easily possible given the short distance. A wine tasting in the Loisium Weinwelt is included in the hotel price

Very nice hotel, the superior room has excellent facilities! Great beds, very comfortable to sleep in. Unfortunately, room service forgot about us after the first night - the note at reception was registered with regret, but not noted and therefore probably not passed on. The breakfast buffet is excellent and leaves nothing to be desired, service at breakfast and dinner is excellent, food is of good quality, great wine selection! Unfortunately, the hotel was partially a construction site without prior notice - this fact definitely needs to be communicated!

Once again, simply great! Great team!! Wonderful atmosphere! The standard has remained consistently high throughout all the visits (once a year for a concert at Grafenegg Castle).
