My daughter and I stayed for four nights and five days, and it was superb! - I would go back in a flash. When we first arrived, we were surprised that it was not as remote as we had anticipated, as there is a big campsite next door, but that didn't detract from our stay. Although the price was quite high for us, we got sooo much for the money. The staff were friendly, efficient and accommodating, the food was superb, and although it doesn't say you get lunch, they do serve afternoon snacks from 1-,4 which is effectively lunch ( salad bar, soup, cake), evening meal was lovely and so was breakfast - with lots of choice and high quality. The rooms, spa, and relaxation areas were all really, really good, and the area is stunningly beautiful. I would definitely recommend this place

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, mit sehr gutem Essen und sehr aufmerksamen und netten Personal. Tolle und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Ganz allgemein sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Hotel. Schöner Wellnessbereich.

Tolles Haus eingebettet in die Natur. Mega Lage, es fehlt einem an nichts. Die Waldklause ist ein authentisches Naturhotel, die viel Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit legen und dies auch so umsetzen. Es gibt tolles Essen, man wird rundum gut versorgt. Obwohl ich erst zum zweiten Mal im Haus war wurde ich gleich erkannt und herzlich begrüßt. Die Waldklause ist immer wieder einen Besuch Wert! Nach einem Kurztrip von einer Nacht ist man super erholt.

We wanted to get the last bit of snow for the season and add a little luxurious break in the process. We surely did! Everything was so perfect, from the services to the food, the rooms....and the amazing dessert buffet on Saturday night. Lots of activities within walking distance of the hotel especially hikes and the lovely Acqua dome. The ski slopes are a few minutes away too withe different slopes for all abilities.

5***** aber trotzdem nicht steif, sondern leger. Gehoben, aber nicht abgehoben. Das gefällt uns sehr! Alles toll dekoriert und gemütliche Nischen im, Restaurant. Essen hervorragend. Sehr ruhig, zum Relaxen perfekt! Dass der Wellnessbereich gegenüber früher ein KANN-Textil ist und kein MUSS-Textil sollte evtl. besser kommuniziert werden (Aushang? Tafel beim Eingang zum Saunabereich?). Die Gäste sind teilweise irritiert. Aber lt. Frau Auer wird das beim nächsten Umbau des Wellnessbereichs berücksichtigt.

ruhig, erholsam, gemütlich und leckeres, gesundes Essen, guter Wein und sehr zuvorkommendes, freundliches Personal in naturnaher Umgebung, das ist es, was das Naturhotel Waldklause für uns besonders macht. auch das tolle Wellness-Angebot und der nahe Aquadom passen wunderbar dazu.
