Club Mykonos Langebaan

Great location. Lots of options for swimming. Enjoyed the sunsets by the ocean. We had an issue with the water in the unit, however the maintenance team assisted as soon as possible and all was fixed. Lots of activities to keep busy with inside the resort.

We booked a Kaliva unit as two married couples with one infant. We have visited the resort on multiple occasions, for many years, and always received a topper to convert the twin beds into a queen sized bed - for a married couple to sleep in. We were not granted this service upon request but were instead met with an unpleasant manager and unpleasant staff. We were told that we could not get a topper because the unit is advertised for 2 adults and 2 kids. But there is a sign inside the unit that states max 4 adults and 2 kids. This is a double standard. When booking online we entered 4 adults and 1 infant. If this was not allowed then the site should have notified us - which was not done. We should also be able to choose specific units to avoid disappointment considering how expensive the rates have gotten. We had to fight to get proper service regarding our requests and eventually received linen to put across the two beds 3-4 hours after check in. This linen did not serve its purpose at all, as you can imagine, and we ended up sleeping separately as a married couple. We called multiple times to reception for the linen as the staff kept bringing up everything else we requested except the linen. We also requested drying up clothes, which was not present in the kitchen. There was also no sponges to wash up with when needed. We also requested a cot for the infant which was completely unsuitable. It was a cot for a toddler, so it was too deep for the infant and a safety hazard. The toddler cot was subsequently not used. The staff who brought it up, as well as the staff who brought the linen, were unpleasant and grumpy and did not greet us back when we greeted them upon entry. The unit itself is not located accessibly, especially for a new mom and dad travelling with their infant child, along with prams and baby bags. She had undergone a c-section a month ago and was not assisted in reaching the unit nor provided a unit that was more accessible as per our request. The unit also needs some TLC as finishes are sub-par. The bedrooms do not have fans and considering the heat in the west coast, this is an oversight on behalf of the resort. A portable fan was requested but we could not be assisted in that regard. Ultimately, our experience was a waste of money and incredibly disappointing. Especially considering that we and our families have been visiting club Mykonos for years, my husband and I even got engaged here. The resort failed us in terms of their service. We will be leaving a review on other platforms as well as telling our families about our unpleasant experience. I do hope the level of service improves, otherwise the resort is not be worthy of being called a premium 4 star resort. It can also not be called a family resort location, given that there are no changing tables in the unit nor in the male bathrooms. Men change diapers too

We had an excellent stay at Marina Willa situated at Club Mykonos Langebaan! The breathtaking seaside views, luxurious accommodations, and top-notch facilities made it unforgettable. From relaxing by the marina to enjoying the vibrant atmosphere, every moment was pure bliss! 🌊✨

Great family holiday destination. Reasonably priced. Lots of activities for whole family. Easy beach access. Marina apartments are most modern and extremely good location. Far enough from the action to not be bothered by the noise, but not so far that you cannot walk. Shopping mall is walking distance away for groceries and other essentials. Easy drive from Cape Town.

The resort is beautiful, the views from the main bedroom and balcony are amazing, despite this I had a terrible experience as my husband and I got terrible bed bugs, after complaining they did change the linen and mattress but it was too late as the Damage was already done and ruined the balance of my holiday.. the cleaning supervisor and lady with her are very dishonest, they took my son's phone while I was in the unit, I put the phone on the shelf infront of the safe and 2 mins it was gone, after I straight out told them they took it and demanded it back , at some point they put it right at the top of cupboard behind blanket, after the attendants searched and could not find it and I mentioned there is tracking and I just need time to figure it out , they panicked, I tracked it using family link manager and rang it , it was put back right at the top of the cupboard behind the blanket in the corner.. lucky for the tracking or would have not found it...the bed bugs though was the worst , immediately when my husband and I both woke up with it I wanted to leave immediately and did not want to stay on, if I had alternative bookings I would have left immediately but I did not have for that dates and only after.. it ruined my entire stay and holiday since it took very long to go away and I could not even enjoy my stay due to this.. I did get an apology but unfortunately the damage was already done.. The resort itself is beautiful and the unit is very spacious, views are fantastic from the unit.. just a pity my explanation was bad

From the efficient accommodation reservation to check-in/check-out procedure and everything else in between, I have to commend and recommend the friendly staff at Club Mykonos for making our weekend stay a pleasant and memorable one. A special mention to Jami Moses for the friendly professional manner in which she assisted me with all my queries and questions and going the extra mile to ensure we had a wonderful stay.
