Hotel Enzian

Klaus was the tour guide for a small tour which took us around local mountain roads, absolutely brill; catered for all levels of riding abilities, even supplied coffee and cake on the tour. Would definitely recommend doing a tour with this hotel.

This hotel is a gem and the staff are so wonderful especially Andrea, what a wonderful lady! By the end of the week she had our drinks waiting! We stayed here for a week doing all the famous motor bike roads. It is a perfect hotel for motor bikers! Excellent motor bike parking, as well as services at the hotel. Staff know about the motor bike roads so are super helpful. Amazing roads and passes are all close by / make a day out of it. Rooms are comfy, traditional and just lovely. There is no air con but it’s quiet so we had our windows open. We came at the end of may, and some of the passes were only just opening and some still closed. There was still a lot of snow around on some of the passes. so based on our experience and the guides comments we recommend mid June for motor bikers. We only went b&b rather than half board but the food was very good - especially if you went half board. you are also close to town with a few nice places. The sauna looked nice but it wasn’t open when we went (think it’s only certain times). Also the pool - it’s at the hotel next door, it’s indoor and you have to pay. The hotel does reimburse you but there’s an outdoor public pool just down the road for 5 euros which was much better if you need a chill day! Lastly, if you like BMW, pick and choose the motorbikes to test drive - they have an incredible setup here! We didn’t as we had our own motorbike but looked awesome and very professional.
