It has 2 bedrooms, (lower area double bed + upper open area 3 single beds) with shower room, kitchenette (fully equipped), dining area, couch (sofa bed), TV + radio
Pure relaxation with a healthy island climate, pure sea air, mild temperatures and plenty of hours of sunshine. Make your stay an unforgettable experience. Relax, relax, no hassle. Here you will find fascinating natural beauties.
Our house is idyllically located below the Granitz hunting lodge, between the seaside resorts of Binz and Sellin. Plenty of open space to linger (1.5 ha), rest and relax. Garden, large playground and soccer field, garden furniture, beach chair, barbecue area, parking spaces in front of the house, traffic-free location in the middle of nature.
The location is an ideal starting point for bike tours and hikes. You can set off or hike directly from us. Of course, you can also simply relax on our spacious facility and enjoy nature.
No matter if you are traveling alone, with family, with friends or as a group. Dogs are welcome. We are looking forward to your visit!

Sehr netter Vermieter! Gerade für Kinder ein idealer Urlaubsort mit grossem Spielplatz. Zumal man in nur 15 Minuten auch in Binz oder Prora am Strand ist!Die Wohnung bot alles was wir brauchten. Vorallen den Brötchen-Service der Vermieter mit täglich frischen Brötchen haben wir genossen.Insgesamt vorallem für Familien mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen!

Schönes Ferienapartment in herrlich ruhiger Lage
Wir haben uns in der hübschen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen, am Fuße des Jagdschlosses Granitz und mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet! Die Vermieter sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gern wieder und empfehlen sie gern weiter!

Sehr schöner Ort für Urlaub!
Wir waren zu viert dort in einer der Ferienwohnungen im schönen Reetdachhaus. Die Wohnungen waren gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und es gab genug Raum für alle und alles. Das Gelände drum rum ist auch sehr schön. Es gibt eine Hütte mit Kicker, Dart, Spielen und hier wurde auch einmal in der Woche mit den Feriengästen und der Familie ein selbstgekochtes Gericht gegessen. Danach saßen wir noch am Lagerfeuer zusammen. Uns hat auch die Lage sehr gut gefallen, da man nicht direkt im Trubel ist, sondern etwas Ruhe hat und sich auch auf dem Gelände auf Liegen entspannen könnte. Und trotzdem ist es nicht weit zum Jagdschloss, nach Binz oder Sellin. Alles so gut erreichbar, dass man zu Fuß hingehen kann oder mit dem Bus, Auto oder dem rasenden Roland fahren kann. Die Haltestelle ist auch nicht weit. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und erholt aus dem Urlaub gekommen :) Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Top Ferienwohnung !
Kurz gesagt: wir waren begeistert ! Die Ferienwohnung war ideal für den Aufenthalt. Die Lage war top. Ruhiges Ambiente mit grosser Aussenanlage und vielen Spielemöglichkeiten. Super für Kinder ! Konnten wir leider nicht ausschöpfen, da das Wetter nicht so trocken war. Ist ein Grund mehr bei stabilerem und sonnigerem Wetter wiederzukommen.
Sauberkeit: 5/5
Weiteres Plus der Lage: die schönen Seebäder Binz, Sellin und Baabe sind nur wenige km entfernt.
Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Super war auch der Brötchenservice (abends bestellt und morgens früh geliefert).
Alles in Allem eine top Unterkunft !

Super schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage
Wir waren mit 5 Hunden unterwegs und wurden herzlich begrüßt. Die Wohnungen war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man so benötigt. Man kann schöne Wanderung direkt vor der Haustür starten oder einfach die Ruhe auf dem großen Grundstück genießen. Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung ein Stück weg von dem TourismusTrubel von Binz, Sellin und Co.
