the hotel was nice up to date clean and a nice place to relaxed the bed was comfortable and I will tell my friends and family about the hotel.

Stayed at the Oxford for 2 night…. Brought family… kids loved the pool and jacuzzi definitely going back just for the hospitality. Would recommend family and friends great location… ihop access the street. Albertsons market and other mini shopping centers around ..

My room was comfortable and clean although the overall look of the hotel could be updated. I was most pleased with the friendliness of this hotel. The young man at the front desk was extremely polite and helpful. I had several small requests which he immediately accommodated. This personal attention was worth the stay. Thank you, Alex, in caring for this tired traveler.

A very comfortable place to stay. The people were friendly the breakfast was good. The room was clean. I have stayed there before and will stay there again.

Years ago, I spent many nights in this hotel under the Inn of Lancaster name. It used to be a great value in that the rooms were dated but clean and comfortable. Also, the hotel catered to many business travelers like me, so it was usually quiet. In October 2021, I stayed here and the first room I tried was above a group of young people having party in the parking lot. Loud hip hop music and LOTS of pot smoking. My room smelled like a skunk. The front staff moved me to a quieter room, but this one was run down and smelled like stale cigarettes, despite the ”strict” no smoking policy. The carpet and couch upholstery was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned recently. Holes in the wall and missing and burned out light bulbs in the bathroom tell a story of long neglect. Due to COVID, they discontinued breakfast, whereas many hotels still provide breakfast boxes to-go. On the bright side, the bed was clean and reasonably comfortable. Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel unless you are looking for a place to party and get stoned in the parking lot.

As a sub-brand of Intercontinental Group, it has maintained a relatively stable service level. Because of the temporary overnight stay in Daxuefeng Mountain, the town was quiet at night, the facilities met expectations, and the buffet breakfast had hot food.

I had a terrible time getting my room. Waited an hour for trip. Com to correct the problem they made with my reservation. The lady up front tried to be nice and helpful. The room was ok. It was quiet that was good. Close to food spots. I liked that. The room was clean.

The hotel is ok in all aspects, with sufficient parking in the east, breakfast, convenient transportation, and good value for money. It is in the upper-middle level among motels. It’s just that the air conditioner is too noisy,

We have been to this hotel many times before- but this is the first since the pandemic. We were very impressed with their cleaning procedures and preparations. Even before our arrival, the front desk sent us emails to acknowledge our reservations. Brandon (been there 7 years) checked us in with great professionalism and friendliness. He took care of everything and made sure we wrote down what we wanted for the 2 days we were staying for breakfast. They have a list of available items for breakfast and you mark what you want. At the marked time, they would have the items bagged up and you can bring up to your room to eat. They will also make you coffee with cloves on!! Rooms are spacious as always. Rooms are clean, but you will not get room serviced- you can request new towels and other items as needed. All employees had masks on all the time, and customers are required to wear masks in public areas. I can highly recommend this hotel and their staff!!

Nice spacious room. Great hot breakfast. Was a little disappointed because we couldn’t checjj out pass noon since we aren’t their royal Bonvoy members. Overall it was good!!
