Hampton Inn & Suites Lancaster

Overpriced and didn’t sleep. At $135 for the room, it’s already way higher than it deserves to be, the. They charged my $15 parking - for a motorcycle. It’s the countryside folks, there’s plenty of space and parking should be free. I don’t recall being told parking would be extra. They also whacked $150 holding deposit on my card, which could take a week to get back. On top of that the air conditioner was so loud it felt like I was back on the plane to get to the USA, and the pillows were awful - flat and lifeless. Breakfast was included, and would have been fine in a cheap motel - but I think they should have done better at the price. The pool was a lifeless, sterile indoor space, heated to a temperature not high enough to stay in very long. The only stationary bike in the gym had a seat I couldn’t adjust. I won’t be back.

I had a wonderful stay here. Front desk was clean, room was very nice, bed was comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful, pool needs cleaning, will be coming back again, definitely coming back with my boyfriend and family sometime very soon

Housekeeping manager Sieara was an absolute doll. She made sure all of our request and expectations were met and exceeded. She did a great job being friendly to guest and her team during our stay there. I definitely will be staying here more often due to her

It was so clean and it was fun It was clear in the pool. It was not dirty. And they cared about us they brought Needed They brought us toilet paper, everything else and everything that we needed even extra My bed was clean. I got clean blankets. The room didn’t smell like smoke.

Hotel was clean and ready for our large softball group! They were very accommodating over the phone and in person! Worked hard to get us all on the same floor. The team received softball emergency kits that were the cutest!!!! Def will be back!!!

The staff at the Hampton Inn is fantastic! We were here for a softball tournament and had a lot of needs- ice, water, etc. They were incredibly helpful and super friendly as well. The breakfast was great and so was the gym. It even had a Peloton bike. The guest rooms were really spacious as well.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Anthony was awesome, he welcomed and asked how we were doing. Couldn’t have asked for a better welcoming experience. We will definitely stay here again in the future and recommend this place to our friends and family.

Very good nothing wrong and very nice i wold stay here again.room service was amazing I would recommend staying here again you get food in the morning also the beds are so comfortable The pool is clean towels and good service. I recommend staying here over and over again.

After a day of traveling and working I grab dinner and head to the hotel. About 9.30p I walk in and the guy at the desk says “I don’t see your reservation” so I give him the reservation number and show him my Hilton email (I only book through the Hilton website or app) and he says “oh man, I’m sorry but my manager canceled this reservation.” So as I’m sitting at the desk and start looking for hotels, the entire town is sold out. There are absolutely no rooms available. Anthony that was working the desk was super friendly and called atleast 10 places around town and found one room, which once I got to the Oxford and the gal was taking my information the room was booked out from under because she hadn’t taken my CC yet which is another story! Needless to say it’s 10.30p by this time and I’m sleeping in the car thanks to the manager at the a Hampton Inn. Not sure at what point canceling a reservation without notice is ok? I’ll be calling Hilton directly to file a complaint.
