Great Place for a Family Overall this was a very pleasant stay and experience. The best part was the very responsive and helpful host. The house was pleasant and had enough beds although I do recommend paying attention to the fact that the double bed room requires walking through someone else’s bedroom which was somewhat awkward for all adults. Would be ideal for a family with kids! Location is very remote but perfect if you’re planning on staying at the house/pool/river. Wonderfully quiet and away from crowds. A bit of a drive to any stores.

Family Reunion We had 5 households gather including grandparents and 3 kids. The house was plenty big enough. Kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Excellent gathering options inside and out. We spent our mornings drinking coffee watching the river and evenings playing yard games. Kids had fun on the dock where we saw crabs, jelly fish and even a sting ray. We rented a boat, used the pool at the nearby Marina, and adventures to Tangier island but mostly just hung out at home base. Owner was accommodating and easy to work with.

Great stay at a wonderful home! We spent Memorial Day Weekend on this property. The property is in a beautiful location and we had success fishing directly from the pier. The owner was super responsive to questions. I've already recommended the home to two of our friends.

Très belle maison avec une vue magnifique ! Avons passé une agréable séjour dans cette maison. Le seul bémol : loin de tout, des commerces et des lieux à visiter. Nous ne somme pas habitué (nous venons de France) à faire de nombreux kms pour nous rendre dans les lieux touristiques !

Amazing and spacious place! My wife and I spent a 4 day weekend here with 3 other couples. There was plenty of space for us with room for more. The house and grounds are beautiful and well kept. It was more stocked with towels, kitchen utensils, trash bags, etc. than most places that we've rented. Jeffrey the host was responsive and pleasant. Highly recommend it!

Relaxing river getaway! A large group of my friends and I stayed at this property and were shocked at how much space we had! The house is huge and the property is gorgeous with a great dock that fits everyone. One note is that the double bedroom is connected to another single bedroom and you have to walk through to access it which was a little odd. Otherwise, the place was more awesome than we could have imagined! We will likely return next year.

Reminisce the past We use to have a place in the Northern Neck when our kids were young (they are in their 30’s now). It was nice to be with family in a familiar place. We were there to have a celebration of life, and Reverend John from Corrotowman Baptist Church made the celebration perfect. The location and house are beautiful.

An Awesome House My family and I spent a beautiful July 4th holiday in this lovely home. We are a family of 14 that included 6 kids and it accommodated all of us perfectly. It was not only decorated beautifully but it was very spacious, immaculate, and had well equipped kitchens. The water view was stunning and the yard allowed us to do many fun activities. The host was immediately responsive to our questions. We truly loved this home and plan on returning in the near future!

Thanksgiving holiday stay This is a beautiful property and a beautiful home. There were some HVAC issues but the property owner was very responsive. We would definitely return for another visit.
