Place is old, run down, and trashy. Almost empty. Clearly on last leg before going out of business. DIRTY. OLD. NOTHING updated since 90’s. Stay away. Nothing but rude trash stays here. Don’t try to save a few $ or time. Go literally anywhere else.

We had three families and they were very accommodating keeping us all together. The pool has been renovated and was fantastic. Breakfasts was also good bacon eggs waffles yogurt bananas apples oranges yogurt pastries toast bagels juice All warm and they refilled when needed. We stayed years ago ( 20) and this time the rooms were nicer and everything overall better. All our kids said they would definitely come back. 5 min from Santa’s village See ya next year

Clean comfortable room; bathroom needed work. Breakfast skimpy at best. On the other hand, the staff was excellent and helpful. Good location on Rt 2; decent restaurants nearby

The bed was not very comfortable. When my fiancé or I turned over in bed, the mattress springs would make a loud "boing" type of noise. The room smelled kind of musty and the bathroom could use some updating. The indoor pool was ok, needs some renovations & repairs and 2 women WOULD NOT get out of the hot tub so we couldn't use it at all. The breakfast was decent, better than what most places offer for free. Overall, we had no issues and for the price I'd say we got our $$ worth.

This property has so much potential to be a real classy place. While rooms meet the bare minimum regarding cleanliness, the property could use a real deep clean and carpet replacement. The shower spout didn’t have any caulking to connect the spout to the shower resulting in the piping being exposed. The pool also needs a good cleaning and new lining. The continental breakfast is rather basic. If the owners invested a little money in the property to revamp it the property has a lot of potential to be a really nice hotel.

Everything was great, except could have used extra blanket tonight(-12 outside) & the heater is loud. Have stayed her many times & will definitely be back! :-)
