I stayed at this Hilton-branded property expecting the quality and service associated with the brand. Unfortunately, what I encountered was completely unacceptable. The mattress in my room was stained and it looked as though someone had vomited on it. I was afraid to roll over near that side of the bed all night. The floors were dirty, the shower curtain was visibly soiled, and the shower drain did not drain properly, leaving me standing in a pool of water. To top it off, the entire room had a musty, unpleasant odor that did not go away. I reported these issues in person to the front desk during my stay and again at checkout. I followed up with a detailed email, including clear photo documentation of the state of the room. I later escalated my concerns to the Regional Manager and Hilton Customer Service. Despite all of this, the only gestures offered were either a free one-night stay at the same location (which I have no desire to revisit) or approximately 40% of my points credited back. Hilton proudly promotes its 100% Satisfaction Guarantee as a core part of its brand promise. In this case, my experience fell far below that standard, and the response I received was insufficient and disheartening. I hope this review encourages management to take a serious look at their quality control and customer resolution practices. Until then, I would strongly recommend considering alternative accommodations.

Everything was fine except the elevators weren't working and we had a lot of stuff to bring in and out, so it was a lot of trips up and down steps. We didn't get a chance to try the pool, it seemed to be operational, but didn't see anyone in it. Breakfast was pretty good, lots of waffle topping options. Staff was very friendly.

The commode in our Room 109 was so very low to the ground & didn’t flush well. The tub stopper had to be manually lifted to let water out during & after shower.
We have stayed here three times and I never had these issues before. I think the bathroom’s need to be updated & even possibly into showers.

Stay was great!! When checking out I asked for my receipts. Tamika at the desk gave me receipts with no totals on them. I needed them for insurance. I asked her again and she gave me receipts with the wrong amount. When I mentioned it to her she seemed to be very bothered rude. She said she couldn’t do that because I booked with a second party. If she doesn’t like her job she should quit. I’ve traveled all over the US booked all my rooms through ******* and got receipts with what I paid. She wasn’t a good front desk person. But house keepers and maintenance was great. Breakfast was very good. If I come back I sure hope Tamika isn’t working the front desk.
