The warm air conditioner makes it impossible to sleep. It's not just noisy, it's a disaster. I don't recommend it! The service of the hotel staff is ok, but you really can't consider a hotel where you can't sleep🤔

Address and location: It’s not close to the airport, it still takes five or six minutes to drive. It snowed heavily that day and the hotel suspended the free shuttle service.
Service: The front desk staff are patient and friendly. After the shuttle stopped running, they called a car for me for free and took me to the airport. When someone was making noise upstairs at night, I called the front desk and they helped me deal with it.
Breakfast: The breakfast is very rich and there are quite a lot of hot foods. It is rare in Buf.
Room: Clean and hygienic, the bedding is comfortable, and the room is super large. It's just not very soundproof, you can hear the sound of people walking upstairs in the small living room. That day, there was a group of teeagers who were playing a game upstairs. They kept making noise until 11 o'clock. I couldn't bear it anymore and called the front desk. Then it became quiet.

Seeing a couple of recent reviews, and the renovation warning in the app, I was a little concerned about my booking, but as it would turn out, I had no reason to be worried. I found the entire facility to be clean, well kept, and in good shape. The room was well designed, well sound proofed, and featured plenty of storage space. The only negatives were a lack of USB ports and an odd brown streak in the shower that I could not get out, so not housekeepings fault. The breakfast was good, the employees were friendly, and the price was fair, so I’d definitely recommend this hotel, with one caveat. That being that the WiFi is….less than great, so just know that going in.

The worst hotel experience. Another guest was given a key to my room and tried to come in at 1am. Obviously very scary! Desk and management dismissed it as a mistake by the guest for the wrong room. She had a key that unlocked my door. It was only caught by the secondary door latch. They offered me points worth less than one night stay for my inconvenience. Totally unacceptable. On top of that experience the hotel is undergoing a face lift and shows daily construction like carpet pieces, molding, etc left around the hotel. The new curtains didn’t cover the window and I had to put pillows under them to block parking lot lights. Bedding didn’t fit mattress properly. No hand soap, no light bulbs in the lamps. Refrigerator didn’t work. Overall bad experience topped off by staff that didn’t seemed concerned for guest safety.

Terrible experience!
A front desk clerk here was one of the most unprofessional persons I have ever dealt with. It was so bad. I thought that she was gonna physically attack me. I was uncomfortable here the whole time. She argued with me in front of customers screaming at me across the room because she overheard me asking someone else for help who I thought could help me. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at Marriott. And I am a Marriott Bonvoy customer. Most of them are very nice and very professional. I could not believe what I walked into on this particular night.
