The hotel was very authentic with the old-timey feel of a steamboat. The staff were very welcoming and informative.

My daughter and I stayed there on Mother’s Day. We thought it was beautiful. Well, until I came home with bed bugs!!!! Exterminator said timing was right (2 to 3 weeks later). I called to let the manager know as I didn’t want this to happen to anyone else. I left a message asking if they could please call me back, even if it’s just to apologize…they NEVER responded. Nothing. Not a word. I’m disappointed and upset as this has been very expensive and gross to correct. I’m sure this wasn’t intentional but by law I believe they are required to maintain a bed bugs free zone. Never again will I go there.

This place is absolutely amazing! It is located close to everything and I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff. I would like to specifically thank Jon, Habel, and Bri for going above and beyond in helping me with an emergency. Also, the food at the restaurant was delicious.

My husband and I, along with our youngest adult daughter, stayed at the Fulton Steamboat Inn a week ago. We had a wonderful time. This hotel is so beautiful! The room was so nice. The beds were so comfortable and everything was so clean. We could have watched the ducks all day! There is a wonderful pirate ship and play area for children. We had drinks and ate in the tavern. We hope to return sometime. Just a fantastic stay from beginning to end.

The room was very nice, and clean. The bed was a little bit hard, but I slept well anyway. We only stayed one night but I will definitely stay there again. Hotel staff was very accommodating and respectful. The furnishings, etc were beautiful!

The best part of our stay was the beautiful room, cleanliness and very nice staff. The outside back garden area to sit in is so peaceful. I will tell others to stay here! Thank you Fulton Steamboat Inn. By the way they have wonderful dining rooms and best eggs ever!

We have stayed here before & love this hotel. From staff, restaurant, tavern, room, it’s all wonderful. We needed an accessible room with roll in shower & when that wasn’t available I booked queen room on Sun Deck 3rd floor which is adults only. It had a shower & no tub. Not only was the room large & beautifully decorated in Victorian style, it has a private balcony which we enjoyed. Even though there were no grab bars nor shower chair the shower was manageable. There is a step up to get in & glass doors to keep water off the floor unlike a roll in shower. Beds were very comfortable. Water was hot & the fireplace was an added bonus. This room had a great location, across from the elevator.

My wife and I hadn’t been away for a few years. I’m so glad we chose Fulton Steamboat Inn! The place was charming, clean and the accommodations were excellent. We will definitely be back and will yell our friends! .
