Ambiente curato e molto pulito Gestito da persone competenti e qualificate e gentilissime Senza alcuna nostra richiesta e senza sovrapprezzo ci è stata assegnata la suite al secondo piano Ottimo alloggio con ampia terrazza ombreggiata e vista spiaggia della Guitcia La colazione ben curata con vasta scelta di dolci freschi e artigianali

hotel di per se non male come struttura, si vede che qualcuno, in direzione, ci sta provando ad arrivare ad un certo livello, ma con risultati non proprio centrati. la colazione è varia e c'è pure la continentale, la ragazza del servizio è simpatica e gentile, tuttavia il bacon è per lo più crudo e l'uovo asciutto. credo che chi prepari la colazione non abbia mai visto una vera colazione continentale. ma si apprezza l'impegno. La cosa un po' spiacevole è il comportamento del ragazzo alla reception, a tratti scorbutico e annoiato. rientrato di notte (circa le 00.15) e trovando le porte chiuse e le luci spente, bussando mo sono sentito rispondere in maniera molto arrogante che bastava spingere forte la porta! e perdonami se non sono abituato ad un 4 stelle che di notte chiude le porte e spegne le luci. Non è possibile pranzare in hotel, si può solo cenare. la qualità del pesce è ottima, ma le porzioni non sono adatte a chi vuole mangiare; più da gourmet o assaggino che da cena, mezzo antipasto misto, un primo e acqua, 30 euro. diciamo in linea con i prezzi dell'isola, le porzioni un po' meno. c'è la possibilità di usare una lavatrice, e questo è certamente un servizio gradito. nota molto dolente, al check out risultava avessi consumato qualcosa dal frigo bar, cosa mai avvenuta. Mi è stato permesso di non pagare, ma é comunque umiliante doversi giustificare e cercare di capire se ti stanno prendendo per furbo a cui abbonano la consumazione, ritengo la cosa comunque molto grave, specie per un 4 stelle.

Bellissimo hotel. Curato nei i dettagli, dalle piante al arredamento. Staff super gentile, specialmente le ragazze della prima colazione e le donne delle pulizie. I proprietari hanno organizzato una serata nella piazza di fronte al albergo - super serata. La prima colazione molto abbondante.

ottimo hotel in posizione strategica vicino al centro e a tutte le più belle spiagge raggiungibili in pochi minuti di bus con fermata a 50 mt proprietaria e personale super gentile ci torneremo sicuramente raccomando escursione con catamarano El Condor veramente numero uno paolo musicco

We stayed at the Medusa hotel in July 2022 and recently returned again this year. The first thing that struck us were the internal colors of the structure which fully reflect the colors of the wonderful Lampedusa, the light blue of its sea. The rest was done by Mrs. "Concetta" and Mr. Giuseppe (ancients of the trade) Very attentive not only to the "colors" to be respected in their tradition... but also and above all in customer care. You feel at home. You are at ease in everything and you are looked after, pampered and advised on everything. At the same time very attentive not only to the needs of customers but also to respect their spaces and their privacy. Impeccable staff, excellent cleanliness and comfort. This year we also found a new and young staff starting from chef Vincenzo Di Palma who prepared sea delicacies for us in all its varieties (abundant dishes and a different menu every evening). We appreciated the presence of the impeccable lounge manager "Alex". The youngest in Italy (20 years of age) but with solid experience and professionalism that has already brought him very high. There were 2 of us who stayed in September, the hotel is old, the lift looks more like a hoist for building materials than for people. The dirty and curled carpet at the sides needs to be replaced and is not hygienic even for animals. The receptionist, if he can be defined as such, is not prepared and despite this, he also takes care of the kitchen apparently where he came from, after we were waiting for him to get our documents back. To read 2 identity cards 30 minutes at check-in in and the same at check out. Not to mention the pillows, two sacks of potatoes, it was better to sleep on the beach or even on the rock at Capo Ponente. In 10 years of holidays in Lampedusa I can assure you that finding better ones doesn't take much, in fact.
