ควรปรับปรุงพนักงานเช็คอินให้เป็นมิตรกับลูกค้าไม่ใช่ที่จะต้องให้ลูกค้าเสียเวลาต้องค้นหาเลขจองห้องพักแค่ใส่ชื่อลูกค้าในระบบก็จะทราบแล้วและอยากให้มีรอยยิ้มให้ลูกค้าที่เข้ามารับบริการจะดีขึ้นมากครับ
