Hotel attendant doesn’t have our booking details, we had to wait for 20min for hotel check in. No hot water/gyser in the room. Room size was also very small.

Firstly no body of hotel staff is picking up any calls, we are expecting at-least to pick calls as we are new in the city. Allocated wrong room, as per my booking we have booked double bed but they have given twin bed. Also no supplies in the bathroom. Kindly look into it. Pathetic service given by the hotel. Also basic amenities like water bottles and towels are not there in room. Never recommend this hotel to any one.

Not recommended this hotel as per clearness, smell and not attached bathroom. Too much discusting. Overall not recommend this hotel, stay at ac rooms only recommended
