Upon entering our room, we noticed a strong smell of cigarettes. The couch had old sweat stains, and the mattress was lumpy, showing signs of wear, with one side sitting lower than the other. We were given a king-sized mattress but with only three pillows. In the bathroom, the shower wall had a crack that was poorly patched up. Additionally, it’s worth noting that there is no elevator in this hotel. As for breakfast, we went down at 6:30 AM only to find that the food wasn’t ready. There were just three bagels and two slices of bread available, along with a rock-hard, frozen burrito that a staff member had placed in the warmer. It wasn’t even a breakfast burrito but a cheap bean burrito. There were no options for orange juice or milk. To our surprise, the worker responsible for preparing breakfast had left his post. Given the lack of food and the dirty counter, we were quite shocked by the overall situation. Knowing we only needed to stay there for less than 48 hours, we decided to tough it out and ended up leaving at 1:30 in the morning.

Great location, very clean and close to the Red Rocks Amphitheater. I recommend it. Next door there a great Steak House.

I was pleasently surprised by this hotel. Obvioulsy it was pretty cheap which was nice and right off of a highway. I don't understand why people complain about hotels when they cost 60-80 a night? What did they expect, 5 star dining and what not? The breakfast in the morning is typical continental breakfast with waffles, bread, muffins etc.. The pool area was nice and clean with a good pool. Hot tub was down but oh well. Comfortable beds

DON'T STAY HERE! 1. 3 story hotel with no elevator. 2. Breakfast was a bean and chilli burrito, cereal and waffles (no syrup or butter) 3. Coffee was empty, had to go to front desk and ask him to refill it. 4. The staff made me feel like I was bothering them. The price makes this hotel hard to resist, but RESIST or you will regret it!

Went for the hot tub when making Reservations online It does not say it wasn’t in working order That was the whole reason I went there a bit disappointed The doors from other rooms slammed all night real loud but besides that enjoyed my time there

HORIBLE SERVICE!!! they took my money online but then when I arrived to check into room I was denied due to not having enough funds on my card act to cover the 100.00 $ deposit fee. They dropped my payment in the safe and claimed they weren't able to return my money until management came in the morning. I still haven't received my return of 90.00$.

The only redeeming quality of this whole stay was the friendliness of the staff. My family, friends and I booked 2 rooms. They were connected by a door. Both had mold. One in the bathroom, the other under wallpaper that was so infested it was peeling back. There were displaced people in the lobby all night, as well as camped outside one of the exits with all of their belongings. The night we arrived the hot tub was out of order and the pool was freezing cold. There's was what I can only assume is blook splattered across the curtains. The whole thing was just BAD.

I travel for work quite a bit and this is the worst place I've ever stayed! Loud neighbors slamming doors and yelling all night. Called the front desk 3 times and nothing done. The place is horribly unclean! How they're still open is a mystery. Peeling paint and dry wall, filth and dirt everywhere. Woke up with huge red welts on my face and body-I'm sure it was bed bugs. I suggest skipping this dump!
